Reisuke didn’t enjoy being underestimated and because he had, he would show no remorse when killing his foe. His leaping maneuver had been successful, though it would appear his shuriken attacks had failed, but he wouldn’t fret. If his opponent thought their clones would be let off that easily, he would be wrong. Upon landing, Reisuke would seize one decorated kunai in both hands and, while his opponent’s clones ducked before performed hand seals, he’d launch them in a downward manner at the chest of the two to his northwest and northeast. However, this time, if they dodged, they’d be hit with something much more devastating. Meanwhile, and simultaneously, during his continued the sprint, the insects that flew through the air would take care of the middle clone, already reaching his position by the time Reisuke landed and threw his kunai at the other two clones. Although its technique was completed by now, it would be the last one it made. The insects before it would consume and begin to absorb its chakra; hopefully before it could activate another technique.

As for his real opponent, he would be taken care of as well. But first, noticing the melting of the ground, Reisuke would up and forward at about forty-four meters, though he’d land upon insects that had emerged from his body once more. They would continue to carry him forth while ascending and, during this, he’d perform hand seals. By the time his opponent had reached the thirty meter mark, Reisuke would be four meters away from him, yet two meters airborne. And when his opponent activated their technique, he would do the same. Five adorned kunai, bound by the threads of fate, would be raised into the air and, immediately after, sent flying in the direction of his opponent. Reisuke would attempt to pin his opponent to the ground as his opponent initiated their technique. Being midair, avoiding his opponent’s technique was nothing and because Reisuke did what he did when he did, his opponent would find their hands bound to their chest, unable to perform any more hand seals. Not only that, but, due to the reinforcement of the wire, they would most likely yank him off his feet and he definitely wouldn’t be able to move. To finish his opponent off, Reisuke would move back two more meters and perform the one hand seal needed to detonate the tags on every kunai he used.

Before Reisuke could even cover four meters, his opponent had made their move. A hasty individual he was, but this wouldn’t help nor save him from the wrath that Reisuke would bring upon him. Five clones resembling his opponent were created, but the two most important were the ones spawned concurrently to Reisuke’s northwest and northeast, about ½ a meter away. They would dive at Reisuke, attempting to grab him, but that would fail. Reisuke, seeing them both the moment they appeared, would leap over them and, while doing so, seize three shuriken with both hands; throwing them while airborne and aiming for the head of the remaining three clones standing five meters in front of him. As for the two he just avoided, the insects living within his body would take care of them by consuming them and absorbing their chakra; most likely dissipating them before they hit the ground.

But his actions wouldn’t stop there, no. Upon landing, he’d continue his sprint as if he never stopped, and during this, more insects would emerge. Due to their speed, it would take them no more than six seconds to reach their opponent and repeat the action done to his clones. If he remained stationary, he would surely become a victim, though not even Reisuke expected him to do that. Therefore, Reisuke would perform hand seals of his own and by the time he was eight meters away from his opponent, he would already have his next technique prepared.

If Reisuke’s opponent thought he’d be able to claim victory that easily, he would be greatly disappointed. Despite what he may have thought, Reisuke wasn’t the type to sit around and do nothing. And because his opponent had made their move, Reisuke would surely have to counter. He wasn’t able to see his foe, but that was the least of his worries, as he didn’t need sight for what he was about to do. The moment his opponent faded from his view, Reisuke had leaped forward and downward in a turning motion, positioning his back towards the ground. During this, he’d seize his flute and begin to play a haunting tune. It would most likely paralyze his opponent midair (since that’s where he’d be by the time Reisuke did what he did).

But it wouldn’t stop there, no. As the Genjutsu took effect, halting his opponent’s movements and tearing him apart mentally, the insects that had been carrying Reisuke would split, though staying connected: the first half moving under Reisuke to break his fall and the second half moving under his opponent to break their fall. However, it would be as friendly as it seemed, for they would begin to consume whatever chakra he had been using for his technique, hopefully leaving him powerless and giving Reisuke everything that had been taken. Meanwhile, and simultaneously, Reisuke would be carried ten meters away from his opponent; putting his flute away and immediately performing hand seals for yet another technique. It wouldn’t be activated immediately, but with decorated kunai bonded by the threads of fate, if his opponent had managed to break hold, he’d find himself finished quickly.
