Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Techqniue)

Special: Up to one clone can be made at a time, plus one more each time retrained. Being elementally based, this clone can use any c-ranked or lower suiton techniques the user knows. Can be relearned up to 4 times for a maximum of 5 clones created.
Description: With this technique, the Suiton user is able to call upon aid from a perfect copy of themselves. Comprised purely of water, this clone retains the user movement speed and strength. Best of all, due to its flowing essence, the water clone is capable of using a hefty amount of the original user's suiton-based techniques either for defensive means or offensive.

Suirou no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique)

Special: The user must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. While in prison, victims cannot perform handseals. Requires a water source.
Description: Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. After the shinobi forms the necessary hand seals, the water around the victim comes together in order to form a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby, or even have the bunshin be the one’s holding the target hostage.

Same Kyouran (Shark Frenzy)

Special: Allows the user to enter a sort of 'berserk' status, barring the use of Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, and chakra in general in favor of powering their physicality, endurance and stamina. During this mode, only known Taijutsu may be used. Once active, the Frenzy may not be cancelled. No pain is felt during frenzy, but during cool-down, all damage suffered is delivered onto the user all at once, making the pain much worse all at once. Cool-down cannot be avoided by leaving a thread, as all turns must be RP'ed out; coincidentally, cool-down occurs the turn immediately after the final Frenzy turn. Finally, during cool-down, movement speed is half of the user's maximum frenzy boost, (so if it's 140%, you'll move at 70% speed for the remainder of the cool-down) , and the strength gained from 'Same no Ryoku (Strength of the Shark)' is temporarily disabled.

Description: Nothing is quite as frightening as a shark who has entered a frenzy. When the shark becomes enraged or maddened, it enters a state of mind that effectively forces the creature to become nerve-dead. During this time, they cannot feel any pain, and are capable of fighting with the intense need for survival. This survival mechanism allows the clan member to fight with a vicious ferocity and without the ability to feel pain. After the frenzy, the user will become exhausted, reducing his or her ability to fight dramatically.

Hoshigake Hanzo was a massive male, with a huge frame and a psychotic grin, which is amplified by horrific white eyes. However Hanzo's grin suddenly dissipated from his face. Hanzo's face suddenly turned neutral his gaze intently on the Mizukage, the words he had uttered had cut deep into him. Hoshigake Hanzo was not the kind of man to spew garbage out of his mouth, he was a man of his word and would never back down, despite the fact that Hanzo generally did not particularly care too much about the Mizukage or Kirigakure but for now it was for his benefit that he appeared to be a Kiri patriot, that was his current role, for the time being.

Hanzo lowered his head and with a tone as neutral as possible uttered, "yes Mizukage-sama I will not disappoint you." Hanzo was going to prove to him damn well what he was made of, then and only then he would be able to get closer to his dream, his destiny as he saw it. The collection of the seven legendary swords would fall into his hand one day. Hanzo leaned back and extracted a bottle of sake and took a swig, as a chunnin began conversing with the Mizukage. Hanzo's attention suddenly became quite alert as he eagerly awaited the Mizukage utter the word mission so he could hop on to that opportunity.

Baku Suishouha (Bursting Water Collision Waves)

Special: The waves are delivered through the user's mouth and proceed to rapidly flood out an entire area. When the user is ‘surfing’ the waves, their movement speed temporarily doubles. Flooding depends on how long the user spends time spewing water, and as a result, amounts are measured by height, width and length.

Description: Baku Suishouha is an offensive ninjutsu technique utilizing Suiton. After forming the needed handseals, the user will take a deep breath and appear to expel water from their mouth or gullet. This will then expand into a large volume of water, propelled forwards at high speeds, resulting in powerful initial blasting damage, as well as plenty of water to flood a small village, break down large barriers, or put out large fires. Lastly, if the user wishes, they can push a bit of additional chakra into their feel so that they can essentially walk along the water and even ride it as if they were surfing.

Suichuu Binkatsu (Underwater Alacrity)

Special: Allows the user to move underwater just as well as they would above it, if not more - each new rank grained allows the user to move slightly faster than their maximum movement speed on land.

S: 200% underwater speed (2x as fast!)

Description: The Hoshigaki Clan are very much used to fighting underwater, and in fact feel at home in it. This is why their whole fighting style is based upon flooding the field and then forcing the opponent to fight underwater, where the user will have the advantage. Because of their constant fighting underwater, they've learned how to move and manipulate their own bodies while submerged, making them terribly difficult opponents to match when they're in their element. This ability, once learned, allows the user to fight with grace and ease underwater, to the very point that it seems like they were fighting naturally above it.

Special: Shark skin serves to halve incoming impacting damage, though piercing attacks, those that exploit an elemental weakness, or attacks stronger in rank will go through the cartilage with full power. Ineffective against Genjutsu.
Description: Part of what makes a Hoshigake so unique is its fusion of human and shark DNA. Having gained a thin layer of cartilage underneath their blueish skin as a result, the user learns how to use that cartilage in combination with their chakra in order to lessen the impact of melee strikes against them. By channeling their special shark chakra into the thin layer underneath the skin, the cartilage there begins to act like a sponge, ready to cushion damage. As a result, whenever the user is hit, the sponge-like manner of the cartilage absorbs a portion of the damage, reducing the damage done to the user significantly.

Hanzo's mission was precise and exact, he knew exactly what he had to do and he could not have been anymore excited about shedding blood and violence. Excited, Hanzo specifically made sure that he sharpened his broadsword and his kunai. With that Hanzo set up and moved at dawn so that by the time he got to Iwagakure he would be there the next day. However due to his appearance he needed to be extremely careful, as his appearance will most probably give him away right off the bat. However he did leave his headband behind at home as not to make it blatantly obvious.

Hanzo walked through the barren village streets, the sun was barely rising from the horizon as his footsteps echoed as he made his way towards the village gates. As he made his way shops began to open and villagers began to rise from their slumber. Hanzo finally made his way towards the village gate. Life suddenly sprang in Kirigakure, Hanzo comically wondered if this was the last time he was ever going to see his village again.

At the gate, Hanzo presented the mission scroll to the ANBU guards at the gate and with a silent nod they let him through. The trek was not that far it was approximately a day. Outside the village Hanzo knew the exact direction he should take to exit the country, however once he gets to the stone country that was where it would be troublesome. He quickly reached the location at the edge of Mizu No Kuni and took a boat to take him to the main land.

On the boat, he had an interesting conversation with a chunnin who was on a secret mission, as far as he was told but nothing more, they talked about taijutsu and ninjutsu and even sparred a little while on the boat, being far more experienced than he, he was defeated but the chunnin did exclaim that Hanzo was quite powerful and they began to talk about his clan, all the meanwhile the boat steadily made it's way to the mainland.

True to their word the boy was actually in the playground, he was on top of another kid, approximately his age. Due to the Hoshigake clan ability Hanzo could spot him from 10 meters away, and there was no way that he had any idea he was being watched. Hanzo very stealthily moved a few meters forward, extremely cautious that he is not spotted by the child. He was going to teach him one hell of a lesson that he will never forget. He was going to scare him so bad that this kid will never even consider ditching the academy ever again.

Hanzo brought his hands together to form a small string of hand seals then as he formed the last seal, mist began to conceal the entire area. Hanzo then rose to his feet and stealthily made his way towards the boy as he did, he removed his broadsword from his back. He cannot allow him to escape and he was not allowed to seriously injure him either, which is a shame because that simply ruined Hanzo's plan which was to cut off his arms and legs so that he wouldn't run.

Hanzo stood behind the boy now, however upon sighting the mist the boy was moving around in the mist trying to figure out what had just happened. Hanzo stalking him from shrouded within the mist. Hanzo then finally took a step forward and placed the massive blade of his broadsword to his neck. "Take one more step and I'll lop your head off." The boy stood extremely still, "I don't have money all I got is 25 ryo which I took from this other kid, please don't kill me take my money." Hanzo let out a long, brutish laugh and stated, "I don't give a fuck about your money, you are going to go back to school right now or else I will hunt you again and this time I won't be so easy on you understood?" The boy nodded as the mist began to dissipate looking around him to come face to face with the giant shark.

A wild, toothy grin on Hanzo's face as he turned around, his razor sharp teeth showing. Hanzo grabbed the boy by the scruff of the neck and began to walk towards the academy.

Hanzo watched on, his white pupiless eyes shone with excitement from the blood that had been spilled, he was excited and wanted to partake in the torture of the traitor, he did not care if he was an actual traitor or not, he merely wanted to cause violence and bloodshed. The massive teen stepped forward gazing down at the traitor with a psychotic look in his eyes. Hanzo's massive hands went to his wild, unkempt blue hair brushing it back, licking his lips he walked towards the traitor, reaching for his broadsword. However before anything could be done, an ANBU picked him up and ran off with him.

"Tch! What a fucking disappointment..." The massive teen then looked over at the genin who spoke to him and walked towards him, with a wide grin on his face. "The name's Hoshigake Hanzo of the Hoshigake clan and you are?" Hanzo's massive blue hand went forward so that he could shake hands with the genin. The boy did look familiar, they were in the academy together perhaps, or must have seen him around Kirigakure sometime. Hanzo's eyes lingered over to where the Mizukage stood and spoke in a nonchalant tone, "hmmm... So this is the big boss eh? I wanna go over and meet him, whatcha think?"

Hanzo's memory lingered back to his academy years and how he was such a troublemaker, he was also a loner so he never really made friends during his academy years, perhaps this was the time for him to reform his attitude and behavior just a bit. Besides it would suit him to have another person aid him on his personal quest to achieve his goal. The he might as well be dead to Hanzo but for the time being he needed this. He needed to have "friends" around him.

Mission info: Young academy student Ko has skipped class yet again and is out lallygagging around the village. As a shinobi it is your mission to find and return him to the Academy. Force is allowable if he chooses to run, however capture Ko without hurting him. Ask villagers to discover his last known location.

Hoshigake Hanzo awoke with a start, it was that day. Hanzo slowly rolled out of bed and slowly shuffled towards the bathroom still semi-asleep. Eventually he got dressed and finally gotten to get out of the house after much, much fuss and complaining. Hanzo began to wander through the streets of Kirigakure, through the bustling villagers buying wares, children running around laughing and playing. Hanzo was in a foul mood and this mission he was assigned was not helping at all. His first mission was to chase after this little rugrat and get him to quit bugging other villagers. Personally he could not believe that this was his mission, he in himself is a sort of rebel, he was exactly like that guy back when he was in the academy.

According to the mission scroll, he needed to find out from the locals of his area, where that boy usually hung out when he was bailing out on the academy and that was exactly what he was going to do. With Hanzo the mission was going to be a bit easier, as he was once a rebellious youth, so he was going to ask around for a bit, then visit all the areas he used to go to when he used to ditch the academy. Hanzo cleared his throat, cracked his neck and began on the hunt. He first visited all the local shops, restaurants and taverns in the area, asking about the boy and asking that his probing around to be confidential.

Hanzo then scoured around the side roads and the alleys where the shady kids used to hang out. Upon arrival he was greeted by 5 shady teenagers who all quickly shot him filthy glares. He knew this was trouble already, these kids were probably older than he, that plus his appearance is the source of much taunting. Hanzo's hand quickly went to his broadsword, his razor sharp teeth bearing giving him the appearance of a true shark.
